Alright let's get real people....why is this place not more crowded??? I believe I have just found my NEW FAVORITE BREAKFAST SPOT in GR. Also, why is this place not rated 5 stars?!

My girlfriend and I went there this morning because we saw it driving home from work the other day and thought "this looks cute". Well sure enough it was! The service was great, the food was amazing and NO WAIT! We went at peak time on a Saturday morning and there were plenty of open tables! They also have an awesome patio to enjoy your breakfast/brunch outside.

    Food review:
The Creston Scramble is AMAZING! Most of the meals had the "Lucy Potatoes" and if you're ordering something that doesn't, then ask for a side of them! Incredible.

We also had the traditional breakfast (eggs, meat, and toast) which was much better than most I've ever had! It looked like you really couldn't go wrong on the menu! Also, some really awesome vegan/vegetarian options if you're into that! WILL BE GOING BACK FOR SURE!

Such a cute brunch spot in GR!!! The interior is well decorated and perfect for families and large groups. There's a little cafe too where you can get pastries and coffee while you wait! We went on Sunday around 12 pm, waited around 15 minutes to get seated, and then waited around 45 minutes for our food... (which is why I'm taking off a star)

I had the Creston scramble which was amazing, Mom had the banana bread French toast which was incredible and I highly recommend. My dad had the root hash which was not my favorite but still decent

If you're looking for a cute breakfast or brunch spot with yummy food, definitely check out Lucy's

The breakfast here is good and the atmosphere is adorable! I have the BYOB (build your own breakfast) of eggs over-easy, toast, bacon and hash browns. I asked for my bacon and hash browns crispy and man did they deliver... I would probably suggest not asking for that, little too crispy. My toast was burnt which was a bummer but the meal was still good.

We started off with mimosas and the bacon cinnamon roll- which was super good!

My friend got Sy's breakfast and really enjoyed it!

I would go back here for sure but might get a dinner meal. The crispy debacle kind of did me in.

Tip: make sure to check in upon arrival so you get a free pastry!

This place exudes great potential. I just wish it has lived up to any sort of expectation in my mind. The interior is beautiful and spacious, and quite surprised that they are only open until 3pm with having a liquor license and that big of an area. The menu sounded divine, but unfortunately after our order was placed it took upwards of 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and 45 minutes to get our food without so much as an explanation for the hold up or an apology from the waiter. At one point we were ready to just ask for the check, but the waitress wouldn't come back over to our table. No courtesy was even offered for the inconvenience.

The food was alright. The chocolate croissant didn't really have that flakey texture, more of a heavy loaf consistency. Not enough syrup (and no butter) was given with the French toast that had a hard texture. The BYOB was tasty.

I might be considered to try this place again, but it would definitely take some thought. Overall if you're looking for excellent customer service, this place definitely falls flat.

Lucy's was hopping this morning. The restaurant was packed, but they were turning tables fast enough to seat us in about 10 minutes or less. The staff was pleasant and attentive and we were perusing the menu with water and coffee quickly after we were seated. My wife had the Crestron Scramble and I had the Pot Pie. Both were very tasty and quite a bit of food. We ended up taking half home for lunch. The corned beef hash was made in house and it showed. The biscuit on top of the pot pie was a nice touch.   My wife also spoke highly about their baked goods, the scones especially. Lucy's is a bright addition to the bleak landscape of breakfast eateries in GR. Give it a try. You will be pleased.
